I didn’t 100% enjoy reading this book because some of it was difficult to digest. These characters are put through the ringer. Trigger warnings for rape, child abuse, gas lighting, kidnapping. So much cringing over what these 2 have to overcome in their personal history and their history together. But... I so wanted their HEA and they could only get it with each other.
Edit: the one where her spirit spies on him in the bathroom, watches him get off (it’s hot) then HE KNOWS SHES THERE. Whew.
