In the 4th installment of this series, Jack is suspected of being the one who is stealing the horses from the ranch. Mr. Belford has gotten some information and has decided he can't trust Jack anymore and fires him. He leaves the ranch but gets a room in town. Jack is determined to get the horses back for Bianca and to clear his name. Bianca finds him in a bar in town and they go back to him room. They spend another night together and Jack declares his love for her. She trusts him but she's still unsure what to do about the situation. When she returns home, someone has cleaned out a stable, the one where her horse would have been had she not taken him into town with her. Bianca recognizes some of the words in the letter they received about the horses, what are they going to do now?
