Recs if you like Road to Ruin...

Unfortunately, I do love a poly romance.

MMF, FFM, MMM, FFF, MMFM, MMFF, monsters, aliens, whoever wants to join in on the hot & sexy fun…

Enthusiastically accepting recs!

Some books I either love or am super excited to read that are queer, BIPOC, and have some kind of speculative element (fantasy, sci fi, paranormal, etc)

Queer sci-fi 💫 (Not always in space, I think I've covered most sci-fi subgenres)

who doesn’t love a throuple romance? so long as there’s three people, no matter the configuration, and it’s at least a little gay, i’m putting it on this list. if you have any suggestions, please let me know!

love triangles, rectangles, octagons, you name it! as long as there's lots of glaring and yearning, i'm here for it! one of my favorite guilty pleasure tropes especially in fantasy (YA/adult) ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ

a work in progress... always open to recs

Queer genre fiction set in a world different from our reality, whether set in a different time, a different world, or in a version of our world but with different rules. Perfect for the reader looking for a little escapism in their next queer read 📚✨

Books I saved from my TikTok feed that were labelled as Science Fiction!

Note: The Sapphic story in The Revanche Cycle tetralogy (Winter's Reach) continues in the Wisdom's Grave trilogy (Sworn To The Night), which also has the final HEA. However the two series can be read independently of each other.

Natalie Naudus has narrated hundreds of audiobooks so bear with me as I try to get them all on this list!

Books of the polyamorous sort. Haven't read all of them so I could be wrong on some. Some of these are set in non-monogamous cultures even if the protagonists themselves are not engaging in romance or polyamory.

Big thanks to AthenatheStorier who often finds and recommends these books through instagram or tiktok videos!

Also if you're a lover of polyamorous stories of any kind/medium, let me know. I want to co-write a collaborative analysis of polyamorous stories and you could help!

thank the stars for bisexual masculinities. ✨ there’s a lot of great bi+ fem(me)s in lesbian/sapphic/wlw literature, and bi+ masc/butch/stud/gnc/nonbinary rep needs to catch up! soft butches/mascs/studs, stemmes, futches, and tomboys also included here. mostly curated from suggestions, more recs welcomed! note: a small number of these are (significant) side-characters, please check blurb/reviews.

Books that feature queer found or chosen families. For when you need that ragtag chaotic queer family energy

a collection of lgbtq+ spec fic that I strongly recommend

I'm collecting books that other authors are reading and loving. If I see an author raving about it or saying its on their TBR, its going here!

(includes recs/fave from Katee Robert & more soon!)
