Sebastian and Carlos have been friends since they were very young. As Carlos' little sister, Mimi was always around following them everywhere and generally just making herself known. Now that he has returned from being away, Sebastian starts to see Mimi differently - she's not just Carlos' little sister anymore, but he is attracted by her. When Mimi is taken, Sebastian takes it upon himself to protect her so that it doesn't happen again. He is really falling for her and wants to see if they can make a relationship, but there is so much going on behind the scene, can they ever be safe?
This is a mafia romance, which isn't always number one on my list, but I enjoyed this one a lot. There's so much action and snark and it moves so quickly, it was very entertaining.
