chest hair, the happy trail, armpit hair, and the ever elusive bush 🥴 this list is a compilation of smutty books with descriptions or mentions of body hair. because there is nothingggg NOTHING!!!! more primal and sexy than hairy people going at it 😌 if you have suggestions or if you've seen the mythical bush, pLEASE LET ME KNOW I'M ON MY KNEES!! i want to normalize body hair so bad 🥺 will only list first in series to keep things in check! body hair types listed in the comments

I'm sure some of these are already on your TBR, so might as well add some more! Let me know if I am missing any of your favorites!

Stories featuring queer, polyam main characters! Mostly adult books, but contains some YA as well. Although the book doesn't have to have a heavy romantic focus, the polyam rep must be in the MCs, not in side characters. 🫶 (Note: some books in this list are series starters that don't contain polyamory until after the first book!)

Romantasy and romantic/erotic fantasy reads starring queer characters! (Recs are welcome, but I'd like to encourage uplifting queer authors first and foremost! For series, I'll just put book 1 unless they can be read as standalones!)

Books of the polyamorous sort. Haven't read all of them so I could be wrong on some. Some of these are set in non-monogamous cultures even if the protagonists themselves are not engaging in romance or polyamory.

Big thanks to AthenatheStorier who often finds and recommends these books through instagram or tiktok videos!

Also if you're a lover of polyamorous stories of any kind/medium, let me know. I want to co-write a collaborative analysis of polyamorous stories and you could help!

A list of Sapphic books released in 2025 that fall somewhere in the SFF genres

Everyone is adoring the first episodes of Critical Roles newest campaign 4 with DM Brennan Lee Mulligan and our large cast of 13 members. This list is a break down of book recommendations for those apart of the Soldiers Table.

Book couples where one is type A, neurotic, a stickler for the rules (or their own personal code), and has their shit together (or is trying REALLY hard), while the other is a gremlin, chaotic, messy, ocassionally unhinged, and makes their own rules. They seem diametrically opposed but secretly admire the other’s way of moving through the world.

Please drop more recs in the comments if you have them because I will be eating this shit up every time!!!
