I love Dr. Lyon. I first learned about her on Gabby Reece’s podcast and now I listen to her podcast and have been obsessed with her ever since.
She makes science and wellness, in lay people terms easy to understand not at all intimidating.
Her book is easy to read, understand and not preachy.
