I grew up reading the Little House in the big Woods about Laura Ingalls as one of my first proper reading experiences, shared by my mother. This list is a dive into the world of Laura Ingalls, the books about her, her family and the homesteading and pioneering nostalgia.

Disclaimer: This is ✨not✨a woke list at all, and the romantization of pioneering is not the goal here 🙌🏼 beware of the glamorization of the pioneers, colonizing and destroying land as they progress in these stories.
