0Liv is starting over after she traumatically lost her family. She has changed her name and is trying to heal, when she meets 4 intriguing new men - Jax, Chase, Ryder, and River were foster brothers and are close, but only the twins, River and Ryder, have shared before. I liked seeing them all be smitten by Liv, but also cautious and the dynamics of them figuring out if this would work. There is also Gunner, Liv’s neighbor. I kinda wanted him to also join, but I do have some suspicions about his possible connection to the past. I’m excited to see what happens in book 2 - I’m so glad it’s supposed to be out next month!
0I really enjoyed this book despite it being obvious its was the authors first. It’s not quite at the level the first two duets I read are, but fun nonetheless
