Luna never seems to finish amazing me with her talent. I mean every single one of her books sucks me in to the point that I lose touch of the world around me and Caged was not the exception.

I knew I was going to love Nikolai since I know Luna has a talent in writing men, but no one prepared me for Mila. For real, I don’t know who I fell for more while reading this book. Nikolai was amazing and the perfect dirty talker, but my God Mila swept me off my feet with her protectiveness and fierceness and badassery. These two were truly meant for each other and I’m so damn happy they eventually figured it out.

I’ll never tire of saying this, but Luna truly is a master of her craft. The way she creates these worlds and characters never seizes to astound me. I’ve been a fan of hers from the very beginning and I don’t see that changing ever. She always captivates me with her words and makes me feel so connected to her stories to the point where I truly think I’m the one going through everything the characters are. When specifically talking about Caged, it was the tug of war between Nikolai and Mila that kept happening. The push and pull that kept me on my toes the entire time. I truly felt like I was right there with Mila when she deciding how to best handle everything and with Nikolai when he kept seeing the true Mila and not the one she was portraying.

Luna is a genius of writing characters that are proof what love could be in our life. If you ask me, Nikolai and Mila are great examples of accepting all aspects of your partner and fighting for each other. I would love to have a partner that would go to the same lengths as these too for the ones they love... although possibly to a lesser degree just cause I doubt we’d be able to get away with everything lol.

To wrap it all up, I definitely recommend this book to all my mafia romance girlies and fans of the touch them and off with you trope. Also, if you love a badass and strong FMC then Mila is the one for you.
