Austin and Skylar first meet when they are out one night. They are pretending to be someone else that night and they hook up. The next day, they meet again, but in a very different setting: he's the coach for the Chicago Rebels and she's the owner's daughter and the new team doctor. Any sparks there might have been between them are quashed because they have to interact on a professional level. But of course, they have a really hard time with that idea and eventually can no longer resist. They go back and forth about wanting to commit to a relationship, but when Austin commits, he is all in to make Skylar believe they can have forever too.
