Politician Bernhard Clausen has been found dead in his cabin on the Norwegian coast.The police discover a piece of explosive information which could put the whole nation's future at risk. [3.5] this was definitely more of a slow-burn thriller, especially given that it goes into quite heavily into politics, and a lot of the plot and the reveals actually revolve around this. maybe it was because i'm not usually used to this in my thrillers that i found it hard to take in all of the information sometimes, and would find myself drifting out and not concentrating. despite this, it was still a decent mystery read that you don't have to be aware of any events in previous books for it still to make sense.
