Billionaire fairytale retelling series with gothic vibes and sex parties!

This is probably one of the best, if not the best, beauty and the beast retelling I’ve read. It’s so close to the Disney version, while still adding its unique touches to make it stand out.

I loved how Anabelle started off so soft, quiet, vulnerable, and while she’s still all those things, you see her flourish and letting down her walls for Asher.

And same with Asher. He started off as a beast in personality, exactly how Beast is at the beginning. He even comes across as a true alphahole, but this man is like an onion: incredibly full of layers. It takes so much to peel each one, but he slowly starts to open up to Anabelle, and I just loved how he treated her once he shed away all the layers for her.

I feel like the aspect of the "secret society" wasn't fully fleshed out; I was left with questions on the "ritual", but other than that, it was a great, page-turner read! I can't wait for the second book, which is a Rapunzel retelling.
