I feel like to some Hinata would be annoying. Same could be said for Tobio. However, I love how they both represent two sides of the same coin. They're so dedicated to what they do, perhaps a little too dedicated, and so passionate-- again, perhaps a little too passionate. But it's nice to see that passion and for them to realize they're not so different after all.
