We have seen the start of the cross overs between teams Alpha and Charlie but Lena brings the teams together with her and Slade not only because of her determination to find him when he goes missing, but also when their history is revealed. For Lena and Slade to work they need to respect and and work with each other which can be hard with their personalities so whilst you get action that has you turning the page, you also get turmoil of whether they can make things work this time.
