I'm just going to share some of a twitter discussion I had with a friend as I ranted about the stupidity of this book, because I don't want to think about it anymore. (I only caught up because my friend Leshia said Banshee shows up and my love for the Cassidy family is strong and true.)
Chantaal: I knew it would all be fixed with time travel but a LOT of the character choices are just fucking WEIRD
Chantaal: And way to have two characters fall in ~true love~ off screen and contrive a way to keep their relationship in canon.
Chantaal: I'm choosing to believe Uncanny Avengers is just all an AU. It's the only way I can even deal with any of it.
Leshia: it's been going for well over a year and I don't think a single thing in it has been referenced elsewhere, it might as well be
Chantaal: It's also weird to see Remender try to work the long con the way Hickman does and try to have it come together in ONE ISSUE.
Leshia: SERIOUSLY. He tries to hard to go for these big epic stories and it just falls on its face.
And now I have to suffer through the whole AXIS event soon because of what's been going on in this book? Ugh.
