Emma Price is a local bookstore owner, who reads her romance stories at a monthly literary event. The event is known as Story Brothel whereas writers read their stories to patrons who pay by the minute to listen. What a “novel” idea!
Tell Me A Story is pure pleasure from the first sentence. I was totally captivated by the synopsis and knew I had to read it. The story did not disappoint! Its sexy, passionate, and seductive. Emma meets Caleb, the unknown billionaire who falls in “insta-lust” with her curves and stories.
Caleb is the perfect gentlemen and alpha male hero. Their whirlwind romance is blazing hot and perfect. While Emma can’t escape the issues she has about her past, Caleb is busy being the perfect lover spoiling her with gifts, candlelight dinner dates and scorching hot sex. Both of them do not know how tangled he may be in her bookstore remaining open along with the other business owners on her street.
Tell Me A Story is romance without a lot of angst. It’s equal parts sexy and heartwarming. As a novella, I devoured this book in a day I started it late last night and finished it on my way home from work . I have also made room for the next 4 episodes at the top of my TBR list. If you like your romance hot, sweet, fun and romantic, you have no other choice but to fall in love with The Story Series. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
