This story was just so so SOOO stinkin CUTE! I loved this so much. Brie and Ezra’s love story was just so beautiful to watch unfold.
Ezra is a single father who decides he needs to get away from the pitfalls that his life had became. Took a job working at a winery for a couple who have supported his career and wanted him to work for them. He took the opportunity and moved to Michigan leaving dreary New York behind. There he meets Brie, the youngest daughter of his new employer, and well…things get interesting.
Brie is just starting her life after graduating with a pastry chef degree and earning an apprenticeship with a highly successful baker in Chicago. But when she sets her eyes on Ezra for the first time, she knew she was in trouble. But of course, they meet, attractions flair, and romance happens…..right? You’ll have to read to find out!!
In all honesty if Goodreads would let me do decimals for the ratings I 100% give this 4.5 stars! This was such a good storyline. The growth of BOTH MC was just so refreshing to see. I was not expecting some of the turn of events and once I got to about 60% I had to keep going to finish, sleep cycle be damned! Some of the things Brie had to work through, I’ve worked through and I know the feeling girl. It’s tough. But it was so beautiful done.
4.5 stars!! I can’t wait for the next story…I think I know who it will be but I just CANT wait!
First I didn’t even realize this book was the third book in an interconnected series which to me is an a testament of how good this book was just as a standalone because I’m someone who always needs to read the first book in any series because I get nervous I’m going to miss out on something but I didn’t feel like I missed anything but was absolutely more curious about how the other two books play out so I will be adding them to the TBR
This book had me giggling and kicking my feet while also tugging on my heartstrings and making me tear up a couple times! Ezra and Bries (bed
