This is the first book I have read by this author and I was not disappointed. This is the story of Sabrina, a smart curvy girl who is made fun of by almost everyone at her high school. She has one friend, Matt. She is also hopelessly in love with basketball player, Dominique, but he has no idea. Sabrina agrees to help Dom with time management so that he's not late to things that are important. Things happen and he ends up betraying her in the worst way possible. Thing happen and 2 years later, they run back into each other. Will things be different this time?
I enjoyed how Sabrina made a life for herself and the best out of a bad situation. She was tough from the beginning, but she became even more so and stood up for herself all the way.
