this list is my way of answering the offering and call of ramadan—to always return to al-Wadūd, the Most Loving and Affectionate, no matter where we are in our spiritual journey. it brings together non-fiction that’s meant to aid us in that consistent return (al-inābah), and features quranic reflections, duas, examples of good character, and remembrance rooted in the qalb (heart) and divine love, while also serving as a reminder of our duty to resist indifference in the face of human suffering

I've been meaning to get into more political books lately, mostly surrounding racism, sexism, and the Jews and Palestinians because of the genocide going right now and thought other people might be the same! Let me know if there are any books I should add or remove since I'm just getting into this topic!
