0Cute book, looking forward to the rest of the series. Allie is feisty, into math & science, and has a dash of traditionally "girly" traits - all making her a realistic, well-balanced character. Realistic portrayal of relational bullying is included in the story also.

I think Cabot did a great job capturing the voice of a sassy 9 year old.
