I shouldn’t want to claim my fake fiancé's V-card…But I do. Ashley’s my next-door neighbor and my niece's babysitter. And she’s way too young for me. But her innocence drives me wild. Pressure from our families has driven us to a fake engagement. They demand the same things. Love. Marriage. Babies. We were left with no choice. And even though it breaks all the rules. I do want her…Bad. Every piece of me aches for Ashley. And I mean every piece. When she quivers in my embrace I know she wants me too. The more we fake this engagement… The more we play up the PDA… The less I can resist her. If catching feelings is a sin… Then you can call me the silver fox sinner. Billionaire’s Fake Fiancé is an age-gap, fake engagement to the girl-next-door romance. It’s a standalone novel by Summer James. No cheating or cliffhangers. And a sweet happily-ever-after.

Grant is man who knows what he wants and what he doesn't want. He just wants to work and he doesn't want a relationship or marriage. His father is getting ready to retire and he wants to give his life's work to Grant, but he also sees that unless he forces Grant's hand, he will never leave the office. Grant goes to take dinner to his brother's former wife (the brother passed and this is another reason Grant is afraid of love) and daughter. While there, he also sees Ashley, their neighbor and another long time friend. She has a similar dilemma to Grant: her father is running for city council and wants his family to appear "settled" so she should be engaged or married. So they come up with the solution that they should fake being engaged to appease both of their families. Of course, the more time they are forced to spend together, the closer they get and think that maybe there could be more. Will they be able to find their way to happily ever after?
