Before I get into my review I want to say that I have been a long follower of Eden so this was quite the anticipated read for me. While I wanted desperately to love it, the book did have its drawbacks. However, I also understand that this is the first book she has ever written. The plot is nice, and the book gets straight to the point regarding the central conflict. My one personal dislike was the age range of the characters. Daphne is 17 while Milosh is 18, and I find the story doesn't give this vibe. The way the romance is written and portrayed gives off a relatively mature energy for characters that are so young, and in my opinion, I don't feel it gives off a book labeled to be marketed to young adults. Overall, I enjoyed the book. The story is quite comparable to others on the market, but I found it enjoyable despite the fact that I didn't completely love it. I would probably recommend the book to someone looking to start getting into reading or someone looking to get out of a slump. Overall that's all I gotta say :)
