Again. Another Anne Cleeves. This time a standalone and you know? I really enjoyed it. I had a good time with these characters and give it a solid 3. Anne Cleeves novels are solid and sturdy crime fiction, it’s good, enjoyable but probably not life changing. Will I continue to read everything she has written? Absolutely! It’s great! And I do love her series more than anything, but this was really good too.
