Recs if you like Shoestring Theory...

cats across genres! these books range from books all about cats to books that feature a cat, and all are cat-friendly!

Perfect for fantasy lovers with not enough hours in the day!

Feel free to mention any I missed in the comments 😊

when “a love for the ages” goes literal, these romances bend time, break rules, and (mostly) spark joy in every timeline.

Unhinged and chaotic queer stories that are beyond entertaining (and in some ways, very disturbing as the best are haha!)

Books that have significant cats, because what bookworm doesn't enjoy cats? (For series I have only included book 1.)

Fantasy which exists within the confines of an elaborate hierarchical society, often with lots of rules attached. Lots of crossover with historical fiction and historical fantasy; might be good for fans of Austen, Wilde, &c!

A list of books for fans of Our Flag Means Death.

These books have lgbt+ representation in them even if sometimes it's not the main focus or the leading couple. It's important to me to have a list that has variety and of not just stories about love but also those exploring gender identity and about those who don't experience love the same way like asexuals and aromatics. So far thare's a lot of sapphic books as well as quite a few books w/transgender mc's.

the queer romance and fantasy books that are on my tbr (and that i love)

When you want a little whimsy with your journey! 🦄 Feel free to leave suggestions, always adding to this list as I think of them.

pretty much what it says on the tin (books with some sort of repeating time loop event)

Books where the protagonist gets to go back and try again (companion to my Time Loops list)

I love queer romances, here are some of my favorites. I've only done one per series, though I recommend all books attached to the books on this list.

This week, while dwelling on my favorite genre, which does cross into Romantasy territory, I felt we really needed a more refined one for those of us who prefer queer ships, so I came up with this idea in my mind, then made a shelf. Here are 50 of my all-time favorites. These are single or first books only. Lots of series here.

Mostly indie, mostly queer, all books that I've read and enjoyed, but please drop recs for me to add to my tbr!!! Especially looking for more BIPOC-authored books to add!!

If it has <100 ratings on Pagebound but you've read and are rabid about it, drop that shit in the comments!!!!
