Prefer Polish translated title

I read books in both English and Polish (my native language) and I find that translations can often improve or expand the text. In this case, Polish title of Hunger Games is better.

The title is “Igrzyska Śmierci”

„Igrzyska” is a very specific word. It can be translated to „games” but it’s only ever used to refer to Olympic Games (the whole translation would be „Igrzyska Olimpijskie”). It’s used for both ancient and modern Olympics but it gives a stronger vibe of gladiators fights of Ancient Rome and carriage races of Ancient Greece so it’s very on theme.

„Śmierci” just means death.

So the whole translation would be something like „Death Olympics” but it does sound cooler in Polish lol
