End of chapter 13 thoughts, guessing the antagonist

I’ve been thinking this since the beginning of the book but now I’m almost certain that Abigail plotted her father’s death. Reason I considered it so early is because I tend to assume familial betrayal when it comes to rich people getting killed lol, but after chapter 13 I’m more certain.

• Bad Arabic, intentional?
• Coincidentally ran into murderer and survived
• “I’m so clumsy, teehee”
• Mention of fencing training
• A little too helpful with the case
• Mention that her and her brother look very alike, and that lady claimed Alexander spoke to her in person when he’d yet to arrive in Egypt
• AW in Archibald’s ledger could be her instead of Alexander

We’ll see how wrong I am 😂
