Did you ever really enjoy a piece of media, but the fanbase turned you off of it completely?

I have one that might get a lot of hate because it's so popular

Heated rivalry for me sadly. The fan base suck at times with their RPFs, AI slop, etc . I own the second book and haven't read it due to the fandom . I would rather stick with my chelsea curto ,emily rath, Rina Kent, Kate Crew , and Brittanèe Nicole. Thank you very much
