    😍

Wow. What a book. What a book! As someone who has followed along with Hell's Belles on TikTok over the years, actually reading this was *chef's kiss*. I laughed, I cried, I roared, I almost hid behind a pillow at certain points, fearful of reading, watching, something that I shouldn't. Jaysea writes good and I had no troubles slipping inside the book and being an invisible observer. All the stars!

Anyone else already cried over this book? I know i know, it's meant to be a cute romamatasy but Lily's feelings around her cancer are SO real. I'm a disabled girlie, mostly bedbound, and I can just feel how much care went into the writing of her emotions and attitude surrounding the cancer. I've had a lot of similar ones myself and it's made me feel so seen. Also hopeful, for healing from the horrible experince with the right people like Lily is doing. Anyway I'm not done yet and I LOVE Bel and the blossoming attraction between them, but just wanted to share - it's a romantasy with surprising depth and I love that.

I took my time with this one, not because it wasn't as good as the first one, but because the third isn't out until November and I wanted it to last.

This book was so cozy and enjoyable. I'm sad that it's over, but also happy that I picked up the second book at the same time, so that I can jump straight into the "prequel".

  • Weirdest Bookmarks?

Okay, so I know we all use things that aren't meant to be bookmarks as bookmarks. I used recipts, cards, stickers or really anything I can get my hands on but I've been using a leaf lately . . . A 'Wonder Of The World' leaf or a 'Kalanchoe pinnata' leaf to be exact (image belowfor anyone who doesn't know). I forgot that this is a plant that can survive in nearly any environment and it is now sprouting new plants while inside my book 😭 I've been reading on my tab for a few weeks now and forgot that I picked the leaf as an impromtu bookmark while I was reading a while ago . . . What was the weirdest bookmark you used? (Definitely not asking for inspiration for my next bookmark 👀 ) wonder of the world plant
