This book had so much heart. Xavier is everything. His love for Samantha is everything. I can’t even begin to describe how special this book is. If you ever had to be a care giver to a parent, for memory care or hospice care, this book felt like my experiences with my mom weren’t so isolating. It was cathartic to read.
