0Reply A great book to finish out the Twisted Series. Christian and Stella, the steamy protector romance! Christian is drawn to Stella initially but doesn't believe in love. Stella has always been independent, and while she is an influencer, she is also very private. When Stella's old stalker emerges from the woodwork, Christian swoops in to protect her. I liked the book, but the twist at the end was a little underwhelming for me (hence the 4-stars). Plus, the final epilogue at the end is a fun way to tie all the books back together!

0 0Reply- For some reason this was the only one of the series that was actually on my TBR, so I was excited to get to Stella’s story. Unfortunately, I had the same issues with this one as I did with the rest of the series, namely that it was too long and too far-fetched. Christian was genuinely unlikeable and I couldn’t understand what Stella saw in him. The completionist in me is pleased to have wrapped up the series but can’t say I’d recommend it to others.0 0Reply

- As much as I liked Stella and Christian, the book gave off poor 50 Shades vibes and honestly, the execution of plot was a little dragged out. I did enjoy the plot, but 500+ pages was just too much. The book was slow to get off the ground and I struggled to see how Stella fell in love with him. In the amount of pages the author had, she could have made their romance feel a little more believable.0 0Reply

I ended up liking this way more than I expected. I enjoyed the banter, and I low-key fell in love with Christian myself. I wasn't the biggest fan of Stella though, but I did understand where she was coming from.
