4.75 stars...favorite book of the series. Loved reading about the development of Warner and Juliette's relationship.
Also, Kenji! No words he is my favorite, main character energy!
"Lift your hips for me, love." I'm dead!
I really read this book slowly bc i just don't want it to end. Holy cats! My Warnette feels <3
So Adam. Uhm, ADAM R U EFFIN KIDDING ME. You really changed. I was Team Adam on the first book but i realized that he wasn't that good for Juliette. Before i read Destroy Me, i was thinking that maybe Warner has a story why he was like that (on the first book). So i was right. God, Warner! I fell for you, be mine hahaha. So while i was reading Unravel Me i was like, ooh Warner i like you already. And i was really annoyed by Adam. I mean, what just happened? Why did you change? That brings us to Adam's novella, Fracture Me. On this novella, I could tell that Adam really wants to give up on Juliette. At first, he was blaming Juliette. The next thing, he was blaming himself because he thought that Juliette died bc of him. Oh come on Adam!
AND while reading Ignite Me, oh god! My Warnette feels! I just love them <3 i just don't want this book to end. Please, i need more! I really don't know what to say bc gosh we need more Warnette pls pls Tahereh pls :(
You guys can tell that Adam really changed on this book, especially on this book! He was so desperate to be loved by Juliette but what did he do? He was pushing her away. Wtf was his problem! Everything just came back to normal when Warner found out that they're brothers. They were like, 'oh god we're brothers! we need to hang out every time, i would love that!' And Juliette was so happy bc finally they're okay. And oh btw, i really love Juliette and Kenji's friendship hehe ;)
5 STARS FOR CHAPTER 55 haha just kidding. 5 stars for my WARNETTE <3 *winks*
omg that was amazing
absolutely obsessed
the amount of times I wanted to punch adam
and Aaron warner my god is perfect
I don't even have the guts to put this book down right now. In a span of 3 hours, I finished it. Man, that was so good. I felt all the pain, the tension, the passion, everything like I'm a character myself. I'll admit, I nearly cried when Juliette broke up with Adam for the third time (I can't even imagine what that must have felt like) and nearly floated with giddiness when Juliette told Aaron her 'true' feelings. Also, I can never ever forget my boy, Kenji. I swear everything that comes out from his mouth is totally hilarious. I love this book so much. Definitely one of the best.
This was enjoyable and very easy to get through. There was a lot of drama and Adam is so toxic, not sure if I’m the biggest fan of that. I am slowly falling in love with Warner though.
2.9/5
I think too much of the book revolved around the love triangle and their repetitive feelings. I don't think much happens in terms of plot or action, side characters get a little more attention, but not much.
Basic. Rushed. Undeserving of the hype.
I was really excited for this series as a whole. Had no idea this would be the "last installment" at least for 4 years. The books are badly written. The pacing is off. There is no plot that can be discerned. The whole plan of usurping the Reestablishment had no structure whatsoever. The killing of Anderson was too easy. I get that Juliette is a superhero but come on. 2 dimensional characters that I tried but was unable to care about. Kenji shines through because he has some semblance of a personality unlike every other character of these books. Every single one. I didn't even enjoy the romance which I came to realise was truly what this series was about.
