4.5*** Okay. So the beginning was AWFUL!!!!!! First. Don’t start a book in the middle of the series with new perspectives in THIRD PERSON with new characters we’ve never met before!!!! 1. It was hard to follow and to get into and 2. The Third person aspect was confusing. (Yes, I know that the prequels and stuff in the other 2 books were in different perspectives in third person, but that was just a few pages out of a 500 page book. These were chapters and chapters). I felt like the characters should’ve been introduced first in Elloren’s perspective and then we should’ve had the new charterers chapters. Also please less of Tierney chapters, I find them boring. Again, I felt like so much information was thrown into this book. It’s like every magical Fae being thing is in this with every magic powering thing as well. Too much to keep track of basically. Also the death of Yvan!?!?! If you wanted it to be entertaining and GOOD AND GUT WRENCHING should’ve had that be the last chapter of book 2 tbh. Shouldve had the build of their love throughout book 2, when we find out what Yvan truly is, and then had them go through their respective portals to start training. Then you should’ve had the last part of book 2 be in Ellorens perspective of the fire rain and then end that chapter with her being attacked by assassins and then end the book with Yvans chapter in his perspective of him dying. ANYWAYS. after that, it was pretty good. So much stuff happened. So much action (if you know what im saying
