Six months have passed since the events of the last book and Daire is training to train. To be stronger so she can be able to defeat Cade.
The darkness inside Dace is getting stronger and stronger and he's afraid that this darkness might hurt the people he cares about.
This book was full of twists and shocking moments. In this story we were able to see how much that characters have grown and every single one of them was important for the final battle. This book was the perfect way to ends this series, it was the perfect goodbye.
