Three years ago, Bristol Hopkins swore to her fiancé on his deathbed that she would never give her heart away to another man. She even had rules to ensure that she would never fall in love again. Rule One – No feelings. Rule Two – No staying the night. Rule Three – No receiving oral. Rule Four – One-night stands only. Then she met former Navy SEAL, Waylon “Tank” Hanford , a six-foot-eight mountain of muscles, and they spent a glorious night together in her bed. Waylon was a sweet and generous lover—thank God because the man was massive everywhere . Rule Two flew right out of the window because they couldn’t stay off each other long enough for him to leave. The next morning, the guilt and regrets creeped in, and even though Waylon would be any woman’s dream man, she couldn’t break any more rules by seeing him again. Despite her best efforts, she found it impossible to push him away because the biggest thing about Waylon Hanford was his heart. One-by-one, the rules were broken until only Rule One remained. No. Feelings. Oops. Too late.

This is the story of Bristol & Tank and once again, another spicy, suspenseful read. Bristol is a makeup artist and she is reeling following the death of her fiancé. She is hurting through a lot of this book and it was so beautiful to see her start to heal through the love of a good man with no pressure or expectations. Yes, he wanted her and he wanted her to want him, but he wasn't pushing. There were also a number of forces conspiring between Bristol and Tank and not all of them are positive (some of them are downright evil). I don't want to say too much more, but this series and these men, whew!
