Recs if you like Swordcrossed...

Perfect for fantasy lovers with not enough hours in the day!

Feel free to mention any I missed in the comments 😊

Romantasy and romantic/erotic fantasy reads starring queer characters! (Recs are welcome, but I'd like to encourage uplifting queer authors first and foremost! For series, I'll just put book 1 unless they can be read as standalones!)

A masterlist of standalone adult fantasy novels (no novellas).

Always looking for recs!

And Sci-fi. These are mostly sapphic, though. Open to recs

fun/casual lgbt books. predominantly contemporary romance, trying to avoid lit fic. more for when i am looking for a palette cleanse.

bodyguards, knights & royal guards

Fantasy which exists within the confines of an elaborate hierarchical society, often with lots of rules attached. Lots of crossover with historical fiction and historical fantasy; might be good for fans of Austen, Wilde, &c!

Queer stories set in the past

my reading interests for some LGBTQ sci fi, fantasy, and horror books and series

queer dark historical fantasy (mostly sapphic) (not necessarily medieval but necessarily set before modern technology)

queer people being queer in historical fiction

Mostly fantasy and scifi!

Happy Valentine's Day! Have a huge pile of romantic queer novels. (Note that some of these are more "queer books that include a romance" and others are definitely more "this is a romance novel.") (This list is presented by Duck Prints Press, the indie publisher focused on publishing queer art and stories by queer creators!)

think bridgerton or pride & prejudice but queer

sometimes i need something light to read and there’s nothing better than a nice, cosy queer fantasy.

note: this list has largely been built based off of recommendations and i’ve not read many of them. i would be keen to take more requests too!

Across genres - hist rom, contemporary, fantasy, anything else that makes my heart happy

Fantasy and science fiction books with queer normative settings.

This week, while dwelling on my favorite genre, which does cross into Romantasy territory, I felt we really needed a more refined one for those of us who prefer queer ships, so I came up with this idea in my mind, then made a shelf. Here are 50 of my all-time favorites. These are single or first books only. Lots of series here.

I love queer romances, here are some of my favorites. I've only done one per series, though I recommend all books attached to the books on this list.
