Robin D. Mahle

Enjoyment: Quality: Characters: Plot:

Clark thought he knew what grief was. Addie thought she understood the dangers of the Tempest Sea. They couldn’t have been more wrong. When their only chance at survival lands them on opposite ends of an island that shouldn’t exist, they will both be forced to contend with the consequences of their latest mistakes – and each other’s. Will they be able to keep the promises they made one another, even as loss and circumstance morphs them into the very people they never thought they would be? Or will their relationship be the next casualty in this never-ending battle?

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This book was everything I expected it to be. I was so easily immersed in the world of Addie and Clark, that I didn’t want it to end. It’s never been easy going for those two, but every single time I’m rooting for them, and I don’t think that will ever change.

This book throws you right into the heart of the action, and doesn’t stop. You feel every emotion possible for both Clark and Addie, and it’s too hard to put down!

I’m a huge fan of all the characters and each one is just so wonderfully written, and it was easy to love the characters you’re meant to love, and easy to hate the villains!

I didn’t want this book to end, and I can’t wait for the next book. I’m in love with the series, and I need more!
