Well, I never would have guessed who the murder would be! It was so simple and obvious in the end that I'm kind of mad at myself for not picking up on all the clues sooner!

This was my first Danielle Hawkins book. I love being able to read books from NZ authors. This was a sweet and enjoyable romance.

I took a chance starting The Love Hotel series with book three, but it turned out to be a great decision! Even though there are connections to the previous books, this one stands on its own, so I never felt lost. The concept had me hooked right away—a love hotel that finds your perfect match? Yes, please! This book has so many great romance elements: forbidden love, forced proximity, witty laugh-out-loud banter, and matchmaking gone wrong. Oh, and the setting? Puglia, Italy—an absolute dream. Olivia managed to make me feel like I was right there alongside them! Sammie and Romeo’s chemistry was undeniable. Every interaction made me fall in love with them more, and I couldn’t help but root for them. It was impossible not to devour this book as quickly as I could! By the time I finished, I knew one thing—I’ll definitely be reading more Olivia Spring books!

I watched the tv series first, and while it took me a bit to get into, I ended up loving it in the end. And the soundtrack was amazing! I loved the book more. The concept of having multiple voices and as a sort of documentary style, it was a lot of fun and made for a even more fun listen.

This was an enjoyable read, but I feel like I'm in the minority here, because this wasn't a 5 star read for me. Archer and Bree's story was sweet and an easy to listen to read.

This took me a while to get into, even when I did, I wasn't entirely convinced it was a book I was going to love. There's a lot of storylines happening and so many characters to keep up with, each with their own drama and secrets. After reading this, I will say there is no amount of money that anyone could pay me to live on Pine Road in Ireland. The close knit community and nosy neighbours would do my absolute head in.

I wasn't sure what I had expected when I started this book, but I wasn't expecting to finish this book with tears in my eyes. It was a beautiful and bittersweet story. Following the story of Alina and Tomasz, during their time in war torn Poland in 1942, but also following Alice, Alina and Tomasz granddaughter, as she unravels the truth of her grandparents lives.
