Created out of my love for Clueless, She’s the Man, and 10 Things I Hate About You specifically.

Just personally wanted a compilation of all plays for ease of access, even those with debatable authorship. Hopefully should appear chronologically from ascending to descending.

All the stories from the bard and stories that he inspired- I definitely need recommendations for this one!!

A list dedicated to the life, works, and study of William Shakespeare. Includes many of the books featured on Shakespeare Unlimited, the podcast produced by the Folger Shakespeare Library.

All these books are taken from various courses I've taken as English Literature undergrad! Contains both well known classics and ones you probably have never heard of. (work in progress)

Books with adaptations that differ quite a bit from the source material.

I personally really enjoying watching adaptations, even when they fail the original (and especially when they end up elevating it).

Modern adaptations of classics go in the list and so do movies that change big plot points or characters. Movies that had to cut down certain elements because of the change of media are not included. Open to suggestions!
