These feel like Roland Faunte songs
"I am the reason I suffer but I am worth fighting for." - Roland Faunte (from the song "Anchor")
Haunting, delicate, desperate, shaking voices, trembling fingers...reading these stories feels like listening to Roland Faunte songs. [Created Apr '26]

books that feel like a lord huron song
When you follow the strange trails, they will take you who knows where.

Books to Read to Feel Well Adjusted
It’s always nice to feel like a normal person by reading about those more unhinged than you 😌 These are all women focused books. Some I’ve read and some I’m going to read. Apologies in advance if it gets long. Recommendations are absolutely welcome!! So please feel free.
I know a couple are written by men which might be taboo for some but I’ve included because I thought they were appropriate or the author has a track record of writing women well.

Fact or Fiction?
Books that make you ask, "Is this real?"
These stories blur the line between fact and fiction through powerful and creative writing (and, sometimes, outright deception). Some of these books are fiction, while others are nonfiction. This list is meant to go beyond historical fiction and autobiographies, though some of these are included.
