I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
This series is fast becoming a favourite of mine. I couldn’t put this book down, I read it in a couple hours, and was so sad when I realised I’d finished it already.
I’m unsure what to think of Aaden right now. I don’t know if he can be trusted or not, but I want to hope that he can be! While he only made a short appearance in this book, I am hoping we see more of him, and hope that his betrayals will be redeemable.
Talise is a real warrior, and she knows how to hold her own. She’s growing more and more powerful and resourceful as the series goes, and I love her character development.
Bring on the next book. I’m dying to know what happens!
