Based on my original post on having quests for French Literature, I made starter packs (check my profile 👀) but I'm thinking we just need a big dump! Thanks to everyone participating!
This list covers books across time by French authors (as in people that have the nationality no matter their origins) and can hopefully incentivize crossovers with the Francophonie mon amour list!

An Insight Into the First World War
A collection of memoirs, fiction, and other writings written about WWI and its effects by people who lived and experienced it. Warning: some views expressed in these books (eg. racism, sexism), though considered "acceptable" at the time, are absolutely not - please engage with caution. Living the World War One...
List of different stories, for the most being autobiographical or inspired by the life of the author. I tried to include different form of writing, like novels, autobiographies, comic strips, conference proceedings, … Moreover they are principally about the Franco-German front, you’re free to make some recommendations ! (ps : They’re also a french version of this list, with some different works..!) :)
