Basically, a huge list of every book I ever heard features sapphic characters.

I have not read all of these, so I cannot be sure of the amount of the time on page of the sapphic characters or of the quality of the books.

Some of these I do not plan to read at all, since they are not my style. If you feel like a book doesn't belong here, let me know.

The top 100 fantasy novels according to the r/fantasy list as voted on by the community - this includes series (represented by the first book in the series) and standalones.

The list is in order with Middle Earth ( represented by Lord of the rings) being number 1 going down to the 100th.

(Note: Mistborn is position 8 while Cosmere is position 35 - as Mistborn is within the Cosmere I lumped it in with the 35th position so it is lower down than on the original list)

If you tell me it's political fantasy, I don't need to hear more, thank you

I've been a fan of card magic for quite some time and tarot is so in!

Aka my favourite fantasy subgenre where we get both magic and intricate plannings to pull off something previously thought impossible (usually a break-in of some kind) and often everything then turns out to be much more complicated than previously thought
