Look, I appreciate Cozy Fantasy and other cozy reads... but, to me, there are other books which fulfill the function of giving my brain a break and helping me relax and leave behind the stress of the real world. So this is a list of feel-good, "cozy" reads for all of you who don't find the usual cozy reads relaxing. Enjoy.

A list of some of my favorite fairy tale retellings, sorted by fairy tale. I've only included ones for classic fairy tales that I know in some form. Did not include the Twisted Tales on this list, as that would be a list all its own.

Cozy fantasy is more vibe, less genre. These are books that feel cozy to ME that don’t necessarily scream “cozy fantasy”
