π«΅ Books To Radicalize You π«΅
Non-fiction books that should make you: Re-contextualize your place in the world. Reassess the framework of your life. Strive to be radically kind. Pursue positive change. Become an anarchist, anit-capitalist, anti-fascist, anti-racist, etc. || My list is very North American centric and I would love global recommendations ||

The PI in AAPI!
Disclaimer: I am not Pacific Islander, but we should all strive to read more Pasifika authors!
The grouping of Pasifika and Asian communities has a complex history. And because of this grouping, Pasifika authors are largely underrepresented.
Check out Pacific Islanders in Publishing (I cannot figure out how to hyperlink, sorry) for more recs!
I have not read all of the books on this list, so please let me know if any are not fit for this list!
Suggestions are always welcome!

Indigenous Reads of 2025
A list of books I've read by Indigenous authors (ideally about Indigenous issues or characters) in 2025. Books about Indigenous people/topics written by non-Indigenous authors aren't included here, but anthologies/co-authored books with a mixture of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous authors are included. For this list, I'm only including authors Indigenous to the Americas, Oceania, and SΓ‘pmi, although Indigenous peoples obviously exist in other parts of the world.

Read Around The World Challenge πΉ Oceania Edition
This list features one book from each country in Oceania. I put the focus on women authors, with additional queer and BIPoC representation throughout. Happy reading!

Read Around The World
Books that aren't set in the US or UK, as those books dominate reading lists. I'm trying to collect as many different countries as possible, but sometimes there will be 2-3 books from one country.
