Duologies. Duologies! A list full of duologies. This has a collection of titles I'm interested in and some recommended to me. To save you the trouble, I made sure to put both books in a duology in this list. Enjoy! 💐

Books in this list are in at least two quests. Thus helping to earn more badges. Books will span different genres. Once I scan through all the quests, I plan to further organize the list. I am thinking of creating a seperate list and moving the books with three or more quests to the new list and keeping the two badge books in this list. Are there other ways you would organize a list this big?

A list of all the novels which won the Best Novel category of the Nebula Awards. To be nominated for this award a story must be 40,000 words or more and published in English in the US and it must be either a science fiction or fantasy story. This list should be in descending order (most recent winners first while earlier winners are further down.

Everyone knows George Orwell or Aldous Huxley. Their works are considered to be the staples of dystopia stories.

But are they?

Most of the people know Octavia E. Butler or Margaret Atwood. They showed the feminine side of dystopia. But this subgenre of science fiction have much more to offer.

Yes, you find here all the famous ladies too but I'll do my best to find even more. So I hope the fellow Boundlings will help too💗

This list includes some of the earliest female authors of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. This includes novels, novellas, and collections of short stories. I’ll be adding works/authors (particularly less-known ones) as I discover them.

Keep in mind, these works are often from the mid-20th century and earlier! Critical reading and remembering the context they were produced in is important.

These Diverse Baseline Challenge was created by @bookish.millennial & @themargherita.s (on instagram). In 2025, the goal is to read 1 book by a racialized author each month.
