0Reply - Some stories worked better than others. I absolutely loved “The Husband Stitch” but the rest didn’t hit the same.
It was honestly a struggle to get through the rest, especially “Especially Heinous”.
“Mothers” and “The Resident” kinda read like a fever dream.0 0Reply Tricky to rate a series of short stories. There were some that I loved, some that I didn't really connect with. The writing style is lovely and experimental, unsettling and violent. Glad to have picked this one up.

- I had heard great things about this book from people I follow online and who's opinion I trust since we usually read the same kind of books. So because of that, I was excited to read this.
