Still Beating is a novella to the series Lost Boys and the ending of the story of Will and Waylon.
Reading this book was very bittersweet for me. I missed Will and Way so much and I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to these boys who deserve so much after everything they have been through together. This novella takes place after their duet and the events that have happened in “If There’s a Way” and how they are dealing with their trauma and ptsd. Will and Way is still struggling to heal. Waylon is in LA with the boys for their band while Will is still at home. They are trying to work with long distance relationship but when Way had a panic attack, Will dropped everything and went to LA.
Will and Way’s love is so special to me and reading them help each other despite their struggles and still loving each other after everything they’ve been through warms my heart. I love their love so much and I am happy that they got the happy ending they deserve.
I want to thank @authorjessiewalker for giving me closure for these boys that I love so much. And I am ready to read your next book about Mason and Jeremy though I have to admit I am very scared to read their book because I know it’s going to hurt more than Will and Way’s story if that’s even possible !!!!!!
