Yes, queer and trans folks play sports. These are those books.

Books set (at least partially) on the large island off the coast of British Columbia, Canada. Sometimes referred to as "the Hawaii of Canada" because it doesn't get the stereotypical Canadian Prairies/Maritimes Winter experience.

Whether it's about the romance or the sport or both, these books at the very least contain characters who practice and/or care about sports, are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and possibly do the kissy

Some people like their male leads to be alpha chads. I'm not one of them. I like them soft. I like them anxious. I like them doing traditionally female jobs and roles and hobbies.

Mostly romance because that's what I read but other genres present.

Usually just adding the first volume in the series unless they are stand-alones or have distinctly different focus/MCs (most romance series).

Graphic novels about sport (and dance) with lots of queer rep

I love YA. It can suck pretty bad when the books try to copy each other. But when some of those gems pop up...wowza! Who knew you could tell such a hard-hitting story without having to resort to 1,000 pages & sex?
