learning about my AuDHD
books to help understand a new autism or ADHD diagnosis (or both!)
there is a combination of fiction and non-fiction books, both with real world memoirs and guides written by medical professionals or neurodivergent authors! open to suggestions

Non-Fiction: Gender, Feminism, Intersectionality
Different kinds of non-fiction books about gender, feminism, and related topics. People like black women or neurodivergent women are twice or more marginalised, and often it's not clear whether treatment was due to (for example) skin colour or perceived gender, so I'll add some books about other kinds of marginalisation as well. I haven't read all books (yet); if one is problematic, please tell me so in a comment!

Neurodivergence
Unmasking and survival in a neurotypical world. Neurodivergence: add, adhd, autism, ptsd, c-ptsd, dyslexia and many other slightly different working brains.

On the spectrum ✨
Neurodivergent books. Will be mostly a sprinkle of the ‘tism but a lot of general of neurospicy books in general - mix of fiction & nonfiction
