Probably the most accessible BDSM story I've ever read. I found the details about her past relationship a bit creepy, but the present day stuff reminded me of "The Secretary" (which I classify as Rom/Com and adore). I love it when a character finds strength and acceptance, and it's a wonderful twist when the big, bad hero gets this from the sweet, submissive heroine.
re-read Feb 2014: Every time I read TALK ME DOWN I want to read THE WICKED WEST. Coming back to it after several other "BDSM" books, I love this short even more.
I loved this because it is a great quick read and moves right along. I am not usually a historical romance type of person BUT Molly technically wrote this (in the world of fiction) and I love Molly so I loved this. And did I mention it just moves along? Like a choo choo train. Read it in one sitting during my morning "break" from thesis-ing. Best part of my morning.
